The Process Of Urbanization Of Rural Human Resources Development

Especially the gap in urban and rural education,training,employment,social security and other human resource development of the huge differences,the expense of social fairness,hampered coordination between urban and rural development and the achievement of urban and rural integration. Therefore,take rural human resource development during the process of urban-rural integration as the research,on the basis of understanding the human resources development in urban and rural,discussing rural human resource development thoughts,to improve the quality of rural human resources and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and accelerate the pace of urban and rural integration.Firstly, based on the rural human resource development during the process of urban-rural integration, concluding the human resource development integration of urban and rural areas. Secondly, the article of the Marxist theory of relations between urban and rural areas, development of Human capital theory,Urbanization Theory and Application of the success of the introduction and analysis of this paper to provide a theoretical foundation and Practical basis. Again,Using data collected in human resource development integration of urban and rural areas of the achievements and deficiencies in the analysis. Finally, from the idea,structure,system and security four facets to narrow the urban- rural area of human resource development gap and promote urban and rural areas of human resources development to achieve integration, providing a new thought to achieve the urban- rural integration.
