Research On Collaborative Optimization Of Supply Chain Planning In Garment Enterprises Based On Improved Particle Swarm Optimization

In this paper,based on VG company as the research subject,research enterprise internal supply chain,on the premise of meet the delivery date,in order to improve the operational efficiency of the supply chain management,reduce supply chain operating costs as the goal,collaborative considering purchasing,production,inventory plan optimization and form organic unity.Through field investigation to the VG Company learning enterprise integrated supply chain management status,includes research and development of clothing design,material procurement,production and processing,logistics,warehousing,sales and service,etc.,and focuses on VG corporation supply chain core areas of the three most of the procurement,production,inventory,find out the deficiency existing in enterprise.Researchers found after reading a large number of literature,most of the current study of supply chain management focuses on the external supply chain,for the enterprise internal supply chain management research less,and for the clothing enterprise supply chain management to the theoretical research,for by establishing the mathematical model and quantitative analysis for less.Through the study and communication in the enterprise,this article put forward purchasing-production-inventory plan collaborative optimization strategy to solve the problems existing in the company,to improve enterprise efficiency of supply chain management,enterprise supply chain management to reduce costs,improve VG company,industry status and enhance enterprise competitiveness.This paper mainly will be achieved through the following six chapters.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of the research from two aspects of macro and micro.VG paper company in the current environment of inside and outside the pressure of competition,as well as national and global economy's influence on clothing enterprises,in the face of a variety of serious environmental situation,to optimize the enterprise supply chain management,improve enterprise overall efficiency to reduce operating costs,enhance enterprise core competitive ability is the inevitable choice.Then the supply chain,supply chain management,clothing enterprise supply chain management and VG to supply chain management analysis of the related studies were reviewed and summarized.From the perspective of the value chain and information chain connotation of supply chain,from the purchase of the core part of supply chain management,production,inventory three Angle to explain the definition of supply chain management,and starting from the present research hot spot analysis to the development of clothing enterprise supply chain management.Second,first introduced VG related overview and product characteristics,then analysis VG company internal problems arising from the operation process of supply chain management,and formulate feasible scheme to solve the problem.Third,VG sourcing company's inventory cost expressed in mathematical model,and feasible scheme based on a given build a VG collaborative optimization mathematical model of the company's internal supply chain plan.Fourth,according to the above model,design the improved particle swarm algorithm.First explains related review of particle swarm optimization algorithm,and analysis of particle swarm optimization algorithm is commonly used to improve measures;Secondly,on the basis of using the original particle swarm optimization(PSO)increasing way of inertia weight and synergy to the acceleration factor's influence on the algorithm,design improvement 8;Finally,the improved particle swarm algorithm related parameters for assignment and design process of the algorithm.Fifth,the VG Company's actual operating data generation into the algorithm for the simulation analysis.First set the simulation parameters and corresponding values,to find out the results of 8 kinds of analysis,selection of an optimal result,as A final solution strategy,and will choose the best solution compared with general particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm,it is concluded that When the acceleration factor c1 varies linearly from 2.75 to 1.25,the c2 is linearly changed from 0.5 to 2.25,and the inertia weight(?)algorithm is optimal,fully show the superiority of the improved algorithm.At the same time,the enterprise independent operation strategy compared with the author put forward the strategy of optimizing rate reached 52.397%,reduced the cost of 642986,fully illustrates the feasibility and the effectiveness of the strategy.Sixth,the full text summarized and prospected analysis of room for improvement in this paper and the future research direction.
