The selected thesis topic comes from the situation of higher education for the latest years: with several rounds of college expansion and the increasingly enhancing of graduates from various types of education organizations like correspondence university or adult education, the employment situation is becoming more and more fierce, thus getting the reasonable assessment of the craze for graduate school which is thought to ascend continuously. This subject aims to set up a platform of education for graduate school exam through analyzing the market for postgraduate school deeply and carefully, combining advanced e-business idea and IT technology, integrating dispersed resources, centralizing local advantages, breaking the existing asymmetry barrier of information, to attain the win-win object between enterprise and examinee.Through the prophase research and practice of the market for the education of graduate school exam, this subject gives a definite introduction to strategy management from the development strategy of organization level and defines the various influencing factors now existing through the analysis of resources and environment inside and outside. It also analyzes the competition strategy of enterprise with the method SWOT on the basis of former analysis, to come out with the basic development strategy pattern and choice of enterprise.After analyzing from the strategic level, it combines e-business and design of special function module and discusses to some degree the physical e-business platform which supports this subject, from module analysis to system frame design, stressing on the analysis of on-line tutorship consultation system differentiating from low-level competitors, and finally combining the platform construction discusses some problems that should be paid attention to in the project management.On the basis of platform construction, combining the characteristics of object market customer, from the propagating and expanding of popularity together with the long-term continuous stable development, it discusses the possibility and strategy of developing practical customer relation management in this field, and finally combining the platform construction studies the structure design of customer management module. Based on internet and e-business, this subject acts as an e-business platform relying on internet, providing data support to the serviceindividuation and customer relation management with regard from Web data.Among them, how to create a brand in the education for graduate school exam especially the specialized courses area through reasonable analysis against various factors, depending on an information platform and integrating the current dispersed resources is also a stress studied in this thesis.Last but not least, it briefly discusses the direction of further work.
