Many of them believe that itwill certainly be the mainstream mode of production for the 21stcentury.The LP mode is an office procedure applied to a modernenterprise, the core thinking of which is, by globaloptimization, to put the production factors possessed by theenterprise to rational allocation and use, eliminate anyemployment and resources with no value added in the wholeproductive process, devote attention to "perfectlysatisfactory", build up enterprises'adaptability tomultielement market changes, and obtain better economicresults.This paper expounds the application of some ideas of theLP mode to the production run of our enterprise, ESG, MotoralaTianjin, by analyzing the birth, features and way of thinkingof the LP mode, understanding its technique and, linking it withour practice.
