Nowadays, people have shifted their focuses from manufacturing to modernfinance and intellectual property right. The economy increase will be somewhatdecelerated without the backing up of finance system's efficient function and highspeed. It is no doubt that the function of bank system, which is the foundation ofmodern finance, cannot be replaced. Yet, at the same time, many problems still existin the process of circulating. It is of great theoretical value and realistic significance tostudy the general laws for the optimization of resource distribution and economicflourish in the development of bank system.This dissertation makes a systematic analysis of the chief problems existing inChina bank system by using game theory as the chief economic analysis tool and byabsorbing and perfecting the research results on bank system home and abroad. Itgives out the principle that commercial banks, supervising agents, clients should abideby in different situations. The chief contents include:In the first place, the quality, staple, characteristics and function are derived onthe basis of the bank's concepts, origin, and history. This chapter focuses on thehistory of central bank and commercial banks, and indicates the outline of thisdissertation.In the following chapter, the dissertation deduces that core competence what isvery important in the operating of the corporations, is also very important forcommercial banks' competence. There are four state-owned commercial banks, anumber of share-incorporated commercial banks, many city banks and foreign banksin our country. Our banks, with more and more foreign banks' pouring in, willconfront with more and more challenges. The dissertation proves that there is a lot ofquestions to be settled compared with foreign banks by using DEA model, also itpoints out the way to decease and solve it.Thirdly, the dissertation pays its attention to the management and supervisingpolicy of commercials banks. Firstly, it points out the way, contents and characters ofthe supervision. Then, it turns its way to the new problems confronted with since thesupervising agents separated from the central bank, at the same time, it proves thatgreat importance should be attached to the cooperation of supervising agents andcentral bank.The fourth chapter is the most important part of the dissertation. It deals with thegame analysis of bank supervision. Firstly, it focuses on the mechanism, policyanalysis of game factors and characteristics of bank supervision and management.Followed, the dissertation concludes that the inconsistence of supervising policy is themost necessary question to be solved by the agent. Thirdly, the dissertation studies thestatic and dynamic game models of market regulation violation;the theoretical basisof policy improves by using Nash equilibrium analysis. For another time it comes tothe conclusion that it is of great significance for China bank system to improve thescience of supervision and management policies, upgrade technical means, strengthenthe construction of information disclosing system.The final chapter of the dissertation turns its focus to the practical application ofthe game with an eye to supervision and management policies. It offers the countermeasures and suggestions for goal selection, approach adjustment, systemconstruction and the strategy to be employed under the asymmetric information. Atlast, the dissertation points out the way to strengthen our ability in the competencewith foreign banks.
