The Research On Evaluation And Promotion Of Core Competence Of Yantai Branch Of Industrial Bank

With the current Chinese economy entering a new normal,China's financial institutions are constantly improving and improving.The number and size of commercial banks are also gradually expanding,and the competition among financial institutions tends to be fierce.To survive and develop in numerous financial institutions,commercial banks must enhance their core competitiveness while developing their own advantages.This article takes Industrial Bank of Yantai Branch as an example,analyzes and summarizes the existing problems of Yantai Branch of Industrial Bank in the process of competition,and gives some countermeasures and suggestions on enhancing core competitiveness.This article first briefly introduces the status quo of the core competitiveness of Industrial Bank Yantai Branch;secondly analyzes the advantages and problems of the core competitiveness of Industrial Bank Yantai Branch;and finally evaluates the core competitiveness of Industrial Bank Yantai Branch through AHP model,Countermeasures and Suggestions on the Core Competence of Bank Yantai Branch.This article analyzes the status quo and difficulties of Industrial Bank's core competitiveness in Yantai Branch and puts forward some suggestions on how to further enhance the core competitiveness of China's commercial banks in order to promote the sound and rapid development of Industrial Bank's branch in Yantai.Therefore,this article not only provides the decision-making basis for the development strategy of Industrial Bank of Yantai,but also improves the core competitiveness of Industrial Bank of Yantai,and it also has good reference for the development of other joint-stock commercial banks.
