An Evaluation Index Study On Core Competence Of Chinese Commercial Bank

The purpose of the thesis is to probe into the model of the core competence of commercial bank on the basis of summarizing preceding scholars' achievement and to setup a set of core competence index system that suits the commercial bank of our country in the changing environment, so as to support the management of commercial banks in our country and establish a basis for the deeper research in the future.In order to arrive the goals, the author adopts Del Philippines law in the thesis. According to Del Philippines law, the author carries on investigation of experts, scholars and the senior managerial staff members of the commercial banks who are familiar with commercial bank situation and enterprise management theory, and obtained influential factor so the core competence in the commercial banks. Hereby, we got every weight of the parameters. After drawing the model, the author does a case analysis on China Merchants Bank as the instance. And through an Empiric analysis, we achieved a grade of core competence, and analyzed the meaning represented by the grade.In the ending of the thesis, according to the model we set up and the analysis of the preceding part of the thesis, the author put forward several measures to boost the core competence of the commercial banks.
