Our country supplies the research of measuring the system of the performance ofthe chain and is still at the starting stage, there is varied of applications of two systemsSCOR (e.g. supply chain operations reference) model and Supply Chain BalancedScoreboard in China. SCOR model has offered the effective way improving theperformance of supply chain by analyzing the procedure of supply chain in each level.There are different type systems about Supply Chain Balanced Scoreboard that are allon the basis of applying Balanced Scoreboard in enterprises traditionally, changingthe characteristic of supply chain.Chris A. Miller (2001) have proposed on the basis of the existing researchdocument and personal view of studying that two design model of supply chainperformance measurement system. One of them is a view based on strategy, carryon the cause and effect analysis of the vertical direction;And another one is the viewbased on procedure, carry on the analysis of the horizontal direction. These modelshave offered and analyzed that understand the comparative foundation of real designprocess that the participant utilize of the case. On the basis of these models, Chris A.Miller has compared the supply chain performance measurement and measurementcooperation field of systematic design among member companies in supplying chainwith, and has estimated the essence and content combined on each interface.This article regards the supply chain of the TIANJIN ZHONGXINPHARMACETUICAL GROUP CORPORATICAL LIMITED as an example case.Comparing with two models of Chris A. Miller (2001), we discusses and analysis thesupply chain performance measurement systems and development process utilized bymember company (the customer, focus company, supplier and transport supplier), aswell as understood the essence of the processes. From the function of each membercompany among supply chain and the rules of developing supply chain performancemeasurement system, there is nothing in common with each other, reflecting measuresthe difference on the design of supply chain performance measurement system,comparatively regular and systemic with the focus company among them. The articlehas recognized that the integrating field in supply chain performance measurementsystem and system designs among member companies and has estimated theintegrating level existing between each member's interfaces. In a word, throughanalyzing and comparing, brings forward a framework of the supply chainperformance measurement system design among member companies in TIANJINZHONGXIN PHARMACETUICAL GROUP. It advices the characters of themeasurement and important index, and gets a feasible implementing scheme out ofwhile being whole.
