Study On Model Of Logistics Cooperation And Its Information System

With the development of IT technology, rapid changing of market environmentand globalization of economy, more and more enterprises focus on the logistics todevelop their core competence. In recent years, 4PL (Fourth Party Logistics), a newmodel of supply chain management, has become a new highlight in the industry. Intheory, 4PL has a strong capability to integrate resources, provides best supply chainsolution in the industry, increases the benefits of supply chain management, andaccelerates the economic development.The research on 4PL is still in the initial stage, scholars haven't come to a uniquedefinition of 4PL up till now. Some scholars have researched 4PL from differentdirections, but haven't made a system theory. They haven't proposed the cooperationmodel of supply chain between 4PL and 3PL, either.This paper discusses the concept, origin and advantages of 3PL and 4PL. Thispaper focuses on the research of cooperation between 4PL and 3PL, uses NashEquilibrium to testify the possibility of cooperation between 4PL and 3PL, andproposes a cooperation model of supply chain. At the end, with the knowledge ofsoftware engineering, this paper proposes a system design solution of the informationsystem of a logistics center. Hope this could provide a theoretical guide to someenterprises.
