The competition area has been also extended fromdomestic to global market. Therefore, the supply chain management is becoming thekey strategy of an enterprise. The management of supply chain is to utilize computernetworks to program the commodity stream, materials circulation, information flow,capital flow and carries out plan, organization, coordination and control.
