Study On The Decision Support System For Bidding And Pricing

The competition of project biding grows quickly. All the project firms focus on how to grasp the available opportunities and making decision correctly, then trying to win the project biding. This paper makes research on the practical field of project biding and quoting price theory and method based on latest research on it inland and abroad by applying the method of artificial intelligence.In terms of basic concept, this paper analyzes the ordinary price quoting means and mode on the base of bill quantity valuation and mark-up valuation. With a comparison of the advantage and disadvantage of them and under the mode of bill quantity valuation, the paper puts forward the bidding and pricing method by case-based reasoning. This paper discussed the steps, methods and functions of case-based reasoning, and propose the concept of standard case and its setup method and selects the features of resemble degree of the projects, then analyzing the review of cases and its management. Furthermore, with the necessary technological treating, the mode of rapid accounting is established based on the index smoothness model. The bidding and pricing decision-making system analyzes and researches mechanism, function, key technique, structure of network and reliability based on case-based reasoning, so that a better capability of performance in the rate of accuracy reasoning speed and self-study of the system and decision-making system can be gained.From the practical application point of view, the thesis studies the bidding and pricing system of a company and develops the bidding and pricing aid , decision-making system for projects of this company. It also applies the above-mentioned achievement in the bidding and pricing practice of projects, which makes great economic benefits.
