Contrasting the farmland system of Japanese and Taiwan are reformed, we have found the two made greater success in the agricultural workforce shifted , but it is less than satisfactory to have in the appropriate scale of operation of farmland. Studying carefully its reason, it is land private ownership that is haunting.The land, as natural resources, human basic production, means of livelihood, is the common property of the mankind.
