Reform of rural land property rights system reform of China's land system is based on a fundamental solution to the problem of the effective ways of land. As China's industrialization and accelerated urbanization process, the existing rural system of land property rights continue to show the defects and abuses, which not only hampered China's rural land efficient allocation of resources, but also seriously affecting agricultural development, farmer income and rural stability. Actively explore a scientific and rational system of rural land property rights, clear land ownership in rural areas, to determine the status of the peasants of the land property rights, land rights of farmers to share the real virtue of industrialization and urbanization in the benefits, thus promoting urban and rural development and agricultural modernization process, which have important theoretical and practical significance.This article first system of rural land property rights since the founding of the course changes carefully combed, dig out rural land ownership reform enlightenment; Secondly, access to domestic and international collection of rural land ownership reform relevant information is summarized, focusing on analysis of the current rural land property rights system of the outstanding issues, noting that the current rural land ownership reform the necessity and urgency; Finally, China's national conditions, changes in the reference system theory and modern economic theory of property rights on the basis of proposed reform of the current rural land property rights system two-step implementation of the new ideas and measures, to rural land property rights of China's current direction of reform to make scientific and rational prediction and explanation.
