As the main air pollutant,SO2 is an important cause of acid rain.Coal fired power plant is the main source of SO2,which accounts for about half of the total SO2 emissions.Therefore,to carry out the desulfurization reconstruction in power plants is a vital measure to promote the clean production of electricity.However,desulfurization reconstruction project is often complex,and its implementation is restricted by many factors,such as technology,economy,environment and so on.How to choose a suitable desulfurization reconstruction project scheme for power plant is a complex decision problem.Thus,based on the actual operation situation of power plant,it is the primary task for power plant to reduce SO2 emissions and achieve clean production through comprehensive and systematic analysis on the influencing factors of desulfurization reconstruction project,and evaluating and selecting the best desulfurization reconstruction scheme with both technical,economic environmental and social benefits.In this paper,on the basis of learning relevant literature at home and abroad,an in-depth study is made on relevant theory of technical reconstruction and comprehensive evaluation,which lays a solid theoretical foundation to carry out evaluation task for desulfurization reconstruction project in Taicang power plant.Then this paper summarizes the current situation of desulfurization system of No.7 unit and points out the reconstruction necessity of improving capacity and efficiency.In addition,this paper describes the design principles and construction conditions of desulfurization reconstruction project.According to this,four schemes for absorption tower reconstruction have been made and the corresponding reconstruction scheme for desulfurization common part equipment has been designed.Moreover,the evaluation index system for desulfurization reconstruction project is established from technical,environmental,economic and social aspects.Analytic Hierarchy Process?AHP?and TOPSIS are combined to act as the evaluation model,where AHP is used to determine the weight of each index and TOPSIS is employed to obtain the evaluation result of each scheme to achieve the scientific choice.The empirical results indicate that reform of old tower is the most appropriate way for desulfurization reconstruction of No.7 unit in Taicang power plant.It is expected to obtain good environmental,economic and social benefits.The proposed comprehensive evaluation index system and model for desulfurization reconstruction project schemes in this paper are scientific and feasible,which make a useful exploration for evaluation and selection of this kind of project and help to promote the process of environmental renovation in power plant in China.
