Thermal power main materials and fuel is coal, China is coal production and coalpower, coal consumption accounted for about70%of total primary energy. Becauseof coal direct combustion emissions of sulfur dioxide, dust and nitrogen oxidesformation of flue gas pollution. In recent years due to the rapid economicdevelopment, the rapid expansion of coal-fired generating units installed capacity.Increase energy demand, coal consumption growth, flue gas pollution of coal-burningupward trend, cause air pollution in China intensified. In2010, sulfur dioxideemissions in China reached32000000tons, is expected by2020will exceed35000000tons. By then, China’s50%of the land area will be rain cover,80%of thepopulation will be in serious air pollution. Therefore, SO2emission control in China,especially the thermal power plant emissions is very important.Our country in recent years despite emission standards, exceed the standard chargepolicy, but the annual SO2emissions is still large, rapidly expanding area of acid rainpollution, which does great harm to our country agriculture and human health, hasalso become an important factor that restricts the sustainable economic, socialdevelopment in china. Therefore, to control the emission of SO2has been the urgentdegree.Huaneng Yingkou power plant as the Northeast’s largest thermal power plant,coal-fired flue gas pollution control, reduce the flue gas SO2, dust emissions verydifficult task. Flue gas desulfurization is imperative.In the choice of desulfurization of thermal power units, the company according tothe actual situation of domestic thermal power units, about95%of the thermal power plant using wet flue gas desulfurization technology, because the technology is moremature and stable, practical and limestone as absorbent is rich in mineral resources,the cost is very low. After desulfurization by-products-gypsum and additive localcement production enterprises, has a wide range of commercial value.This paper aims to analyze the Huaneng Power plant desulfurization project duringthe construction period and postpartum, according to the analysis of some of the costand the production technology and the quality control system layout. In order to findout the quality problems in the production, and carries on the analysis, find out thereasonable improvement scheme, the elimination of waste, promoting leanproduction.As the desulfurization project one of the first-line production, long-term work,were recorded and analyzed quality problems of the desulfurization project and thepostpartum period, through quality control dynamic on the project, promote HuanengPower Plant lean process production.
