Study On Property Rights Structure Of Town-Village Enterprises In Jiangyin

In order to survive and develop in the fierce marketing competition, thetown-village enterprise should answer to the complex change of externalenvironment, adjust its internal mechanism especially the relationship ofproperty rights in time, and construct reasonably effective property rightsstructure.This paper analyzed comprehensively property rights structure oftown-village enterprises in Jiangyin. Based on the careful analysis on thepresent developing situation of town-village enterprises in Jiangyin, the paperstudied the route of the transition of property rights structure of town-villageenterprises in Jiangyin;presented the optimized strategies on the improvementof property rights structure of town-village enterprises in Jiangyin.Firstly, the paper defined property rights and property rights structure,analyzed the influencing factors which influencing the transition of propertyrights structure, pointed out the route and ways of the transition of propertyrights structure for enterprises.Secondly, the paper introduced the basic condition of Jiangyin, analyzedthe developing history of town-village enterprises in Jiangyin. It also analyzedthe trend of development of town-village enterprises in Jiangyin, and pointedout the contribution of town-village enterprise to the economic development inJiangyin.Thirdly, the paper explicated the transition of the property rights structuresof town-village enterprises in Jiangyin. It analyzed the form and characteristicof different kinds of property rights structures of town-village enterprises, andthe development of town-village enterprises in Jiangyin under different kindsof property rights structures. It also pointed out the shortcoming of collectiveproperty rights system, contracting-out system and cooperative shares system,analyzed the exocentric rule of the transition of the property rights structures oftown-village enterprises in Jiangyin, indicated stock system will be the mainform and future direction of the property rights structures of town-villageenterprises in Jiangyin.
