A Research Of Cooperation Satisfaction On The Green Supply Chain

Since last century, manufacturing has developed fast and brought people great substantial wealth. However, it has also brought people deteriorating environmental problems. In the 21~st century, environmental problems will be the most challenging thing people have to face. As the environment is becoming worse and worse, people pay more and more attention to environmentally friendly products and rules are becoming stricter in every country. Under this pressure, green supply chain emerges as the times require, which becomes a hot issue in academia and enterprises in a very short time.Cooperation is the basis for supply chains to operate well, which helps all the enterprises benefit from the supply chain and helps the supply chain increase its competence. Green supply chain is one special kind of supply chain, so cooperation is also important in the process of greening the chain. Thus it is really meaningful to carry out a research on the cooperation in green supply chain. Nonetheless, at present a lot of researches have been carried out in supply chain field on how to strengthen the cooperation and only a few have dealt with cooperation satisfaction. From the point of view, the paper carries out this research for the purpose of proving the variables affecting cooperation satisfaction, which include negotiation, information sharing, confidence, profits increase and environmental management. The paper sets up a model for evaluating cooperation satisfaction, which is meaningful for enterprises to green their supply chain.Firstly the paper reviews all the literatures in green supply chain field and tells the deficiencies. Secondly five hypotheses are put forward and a model for evaluating cooperation satisfaction on green supply chain is set up based on correlative theory. Thirdly the paper verifies the five hypotheses through an empirical study and sets up a model for evaluating cooperation satisfaction on green supply chain. Based on the empirical study, the paper puts forward some proposals to increase cooperation satisfaction on green supply chain. At last the paper summarizes the conclusions, the innovations, the limitation of the research and future study.
