A Study On The Impact Of Stakeholders On Green Supply Chain Performance

Emerging energy issues and environmental accidents and other vicious events makes the stakeholders more and more aware of the importance of sustainable economic development.Since the promulgation of the Measures for the Administration of Environmental Protecti on Products in 2002,the research on the green supply chain performance of enterprises has been paid more and more attention from all walks of life,especially in the aspects of green supply chain performance.In order to fully grasp the influence mechanis m of green supply chain performance and reduce the possibility of negative environmental behavior,it is very important to study the green supply chain performance from the perspective of stakeholders.This paper first reviews and combs the domestic and fo reign literatures,and establishes the research theme and content according to the actual situation of our country.The green supply chain management,the green supply chain performance and the relevant concepts and theories of the stakeholders are briefly described.Based on this,it is divided into three types: political,economic and voting stakeholders according to the influence,willingness and legitimacy of the stakeholders in the course of the game,and from the influencing factors,the influence mot ive and the influence path And constructs the conceptual model of the impact mechanism of the stakeholders on the green supply chain performance,analyzes the mechanism of the dynamic mechanism,the operational mechanism and the feedback mechanism,and put s forward the research hypothesis.Then,the questionnaire survey data of 217 automobile manufacturers in China were used as the research samples,and the empirical analysis of the impact of the stakeholders on the green supply chain performance was carrie d out by using SPSS software.The results show that: 1)political stakeholders can significantly improve the environmental performance of enterprises,a slight improvement in operational performance.2)Economical stakeholders can not improve green supply chain performance.3)Voteholders can improve the environmental performance of the enterprise to a greater extent,followed by operational performance.Finally,the article puts forward the green supply chain management report and evaluation system,which is deeply involved in the environmental supervision,and establishes the government-oriented green supply chain management coordination and incentive mechanism to guide and encourage the enterprises to implement the active green supply chain management beh avior.
