Research On The Constructing, Operating And Evaluating Of Green Supply Chain

With the rapid development of human society in the 20th century, the threats caused by resources depletion, environmental pollution and the ecology disharmony are more serious than ever. As the supported industry of the whole national economy, manufacturing, on the one hand creates abundant substance fortune, on the other hand it resumes a lot of resources and energy, and leads to environmental pollution at the same time. According to this, some scholars are contributed themselves to the study of 'green manufacturing', which ensures manufacturing to use resources most effectively and reduces the harm to the environment drastically. Supply chain has been placed a significant rule in the manufacture activities. In the manufacture industry, establishing 'green supply chain' by considering environmental pollution and optimizing use of resources is an important method to achieve 'green' in a wider field. In recent years, there are some oversea researches on 'green supply chain', while there are only a few researchers has issued the conception and the frame system of 'green supply chain', without deeper research on the constructing and implementing it.This paper researches on structuring, operating and evaluating of green supply chain systematically. At first, it introduces the basic of the theory, presents the conception and main content of green supply chain. Secondly, it constructs the model of green supply chain by the method of IDEF; it also studies the choice and management of green supply chain's partners quantitatively and qualitatively respectively. Thirdly, this paper puts forward the operation model of green supply chain on the base of supply chain model of reference (SCOR model) , and divides it into procuring tache, manufacturing tache, delivering tache and reclaiming tache of green supply chain. Next, the principal supporting system has been summarized and the whole performance of green supply chain has been evaluated subsequently. Finally, it designs a green supply chain for SINO-FRENCH joint-venture dynasty winery LTD.
