System Science Based Study On Technology Transfer Of Enterprises

With the rapid development of the economic in our country in recent years, it becomes more and more obvious that the companies are restricted by their core technology. On the background that we have much weaker technology basic and little technology resource, it is very important for the companies in our country to have a breakthrough in the core technology and become equal with even better than the companies of developed countries. It is much better to choose the technology transfer than other technology stratagems. Actually, most countries could not overstep the absorption step.Therefore, it is badly needed that the companies in our countries to enhance their core technology ability through technology transfer.Because the enterprises are the microcosmic basic of the countries economic system, the development of the enterprises will influence not only the company itself but also the path and the speed of the development of the country economic system. Hence, in this century it is the most important thing for the companies to advance the efficiency of technology transfer, accelerate the development of the economy. From these point of views, this paper emphasized on the internal construct of the knowledge system, and researched on the different ways of the technology knowledge system during the technology transfer. It is also the basic of the research on how to enhance the technology efficient. The innovation of this paper:1.Putting forward the conception of technology knowledge system and having a deep research.From the view point of system, we improved the existing technology system and the technology ability model and advanced the technology knowledge analysis model. Besides the new concept, we had a deep research on the structure and the function of the system.2.Analyzing the different ways of the of the transfer of technology knowledge system.With the opportunity of systematically and scientifically researching on the technology transfer, we hope we could get some new results which could have some theory value. Furthermore, the result will could provide some theory introduction and analysis tools for the enterprises which fetch in technology, and according to which the government and the related department could make the policy and measures. On this point of view, this research has a lot of significance.
