As the quickening process of the marketization and internationalization of our country's economy, enterprises' competition range wide, and the content of the competition become deeper, the intensity of the competition gets fiercer. The building enterprise, as a traditional industry in national economy, is one of the pillar industries of our national economy at the same time, whose form and interior quality have already changed greatly. Entering into the 21st century, the building enterprise faces unprecedented enormous pressures. The building enterprise which wants to survive and develop must make strategic management of enterprise's managing. The strategic management of managing is an important strategy which determines the enterprise's survival and development.Building groups' strategic management of managing has plays important roles in promoting enterprise managers to monitor and evaluate the value and rationality of the current strategies, making enterprises to pay continuous attentions to their future and examine the influences of current policy on the future, helping enterprises to find the most potential area for their business development, and promoting enterprises to concern the allocation of resources and to improve their decision-making methods and to optimize the organizational structure, and to improve their management and the cohesion.This thesis has firstly introduced the current situation of the study on the strategic management of the enterprise's managing, then has discussed the necessity to study the strategic management of enterprise's managing, and has introduced the concept, basic theories and method of the strategic management of enterprise's managing, employing these theories and methods, taking the Building Group Company of Qingdao as an example , the thesis has carried on its research in the aspects of defining the strategic environment of the building enterprise;Enterprise's mission;Enterprise's development goal;Internal resources analysis;Analysis of management ability;SWOT analysis;Strategy making;Strategic choice;Strategy implementation , appraising and controlling . The thesis constructs the management strategy of the Building Group Company of Qingdao on the basis of grasping the basic conception and basic theories described above. Also proposes two kinds of modes of the strategic choice at present: "strategy of aircraft carrier "and" flagship strategy ". And providing a diversified business strategy "six plate" mode, that is, the strategic positioning and implementation of total construction contract, overseas construction market, and real estate development, investment and construction of industrial park, highways and bridges exploration and implementation of interior decoration. At the same time, to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives, related measures such as technological innovation, human resources restructuring, the creation of environmental management systems, and information management should also be taken. My research then analyzes the process of implementation of the strategic management in Qingdao Building Group and evaluates the performance of strategies. Finally, I summarize the main findings and research prospects.
