With the rapid development of service industry through the world and the expansion of international trade of service since 1970s, trade of service has been critical to the development of world economy and trade. It has also become a subject of multilateral trade negotiations. With the development of the process of the world organic economy, it becomes necessary to develop the liberalization of the trade in services. General Agreement of Trade of Service (GATS) symbolizes that international trade of service is developing in a more regularized and liberalized way. In this situation, we should recognize the effect of the liberalization of the trade in services currently in China. We should obey the growing tendency of the trade in service.The thesis introduces the liberalization of trade in services;By analyzing the character , current conditions of trade in service and the development situation of China' s service trade, this thesis want to bring forward some countermeasures for development of China's service trade.Chapter 1 introduces the concept, development character and tendency of service trade, bring forward the liberalization of trade in services and analyze it briefly.Chapter 2 deeply researches the liberalization of trade in services, analyzes the reason of the barrier to trade in service, researches the reason of the liberalization of trade in service and introduces the contents and measures of solvency regulation, introduces the growing tendency of the trade in services.Chapter 3 introduces the development situation and problems of China' s service trade, in particular, the development situation after acceding to the WTO;Analyze the influence of theliberalization of trade in services.Chapter 4 is the conclusion, which brings forward the advice about how to meet the challenges of the liberalization of trade in services.
