Since the reform and open policy, the rural market has been more and more active. It hadalready formed many kinds of diversified economies ingredient, the multi-channel competitionpattern. This will promote agricultural and the development of rural economy. But the ruralmarket also has some problems to change, lacking the modern circulation organization form, thefake and shoddy merchandise floods. The countryside needs enhancing the circulation ofcommodities of the organization;and the introduction of modern circulates will promotes themodernization of countryside in China. "Establishing and consummates in the rural marketsystem" has already been listed as key point of the next five years rural work.The chain-store management is standardized and becomes an information based society, so itconforms to the present demand of countryside development in China. Developing thechain-store management will be effective way to circulation modernization. In the countryside,developing chain-like management only exists only in a few partial areas several years ago.D-Mart agriculture capital supermarket, the Suguo supermarket has all obtained charmingachievement. Although a few enterprises disappeared, all initial market development proved thepotential in the rural market chain-store. At the beginning of 2005, the Commercial Departmentof China promoted "ten thousand villages thousand townships" market project in Countryside inChina, intended to from countryside chain-store management development. By now this projectalso obtained the preliminary achievement.All in all, the chain-store management countryside development only experiences a short time.During the time, the author has carried on the investigation of development of chain-storemanagement in Shouguang countryside Shandong Province, and has carried on the description ofD-Mart agriculture capital supermarket and Suguo group in the countryside Jiangsu chain-likemanagement Province, to understood the achievement and difficulties during the development ofchain-store management in the our countryside. The author will summary the above information,give the right suggestion for both the enterprises and governments.
