Research On The Inspiration Modes Of Knowledge Employees Based On Group AHP

After China entered into WTO, one of largest challenges for Chinese enterprises is how to attract and reserve excellent talents, especially high-grade management talents and technical talents. For enterprises, how to arouse enthusiasms of "knowledge employees" and raise their working efficiency, it is a very crucial factor whether enterprises will win in drastic competitions.However, a common phenomenon in many enterprises is that demission rate of knowledge employees is increasing, crisis in stabilizing knowledge employees hides in considerable enterprises. Knowledge employees' demission not only gives enterprise huge economic loss and technology loss, but also brings negative influence to the overall benefit of enterprise. Different enterprises, different developing stages of the same enterprise, and even different types of employees should adopt the different ways of inspiration. Although domestic and international scholars have put forward various ways of inspiration and inspiration modes, but they can not efficiently solve knowledge employees' inspiration problems. On this point, this paper attempts to use group AHP to establish a inspiration model of knowledge employee, in order to help enterprise find the most effective and suitable inspiration modes.Firstly, this paper has more systematically stated basic content of classical inspiration theory and basic principle of AHP. Then it has analyzed characteristics of knowledge employees and shortcomings of the current inspiration ways. Then, on basis of this, the paper has established inspiration mode of the knowledge employee based on group AHP, and has discussed inspiration countermeasures of knowledge employees from the aspects of reward inspiration, culture inspiration, organization inspiration L, job inspiration and knowledge inspiration etc. Finally it analyzes the case of inspiration of knowledge employees of CERI(Capital Engineering & Research Incorporation Limited). Research conclusion has greater reference value in guiding inspiration of the knowledge employee of our enterprises.
