The aim of inspiration is to actuate the employees really. And the inspiration is an important part of the enterprise human resource management. As has developed from the 20th century, a series of inspiration theories has been accumulated in the west management science.The obvious feature of the knowledge economic time is that knowledge becomes the main capital of economic development and enterprise management. The owner of knowledge is the employees of the enterprises. The knowledge-type employees are quite different from those common employees. Such employees act more independently, more creatively. Their acts are hard to control, and their result is more composed by science and technology, so hard to measure. They have more motives in result. As a result, the emphasis of knowledge-type employees should be laid on their self development, making them the main body the inspiration, caring for their growth and development, and making them finish their work as they grow and development.In this article, the act feature, demand feature and actuation of inspiration of Fanghua company knowledge-typed employees are analyzed from the basic inspiration theory, and the question of Fanghua company inspiration tactics. A operative inspiration method which is suitable to the Fanghua company is construct after using the west developed country inspiration as a reference. The inspiration method is usable in improving the enterprise management.
