With the economic globalization deepening continuously, more and more enterprises realize that it is very difficult to adapt to complex competitive environment. The enterprises need to set up strategic alliances to increase own competitiveness and adapt to economic globalization. This paper analyzes the cause of cooperation between the enterprises has take great changes in the era of economic globalization. Then it was the game theory to analyze the disadvantages of competition and the advantages between enterprises. At the same time, we think the great space was exist between enterprises .we find that monopoly has strict distinction between monopoly structure and monopoly behaview. Monopoly structure are not so terrible as people always imagines, his being is reasonable and historically progressive. Under the conditions of globalization and information economy, the monopoly structure of cooperative enterprises is much effective and would not hamper competition.Our government should pay attention to the following aspects while formulating the policies of industrial regulation and anti-monopoly law: 1 .We should take the national competitive ability as a whole and evaluate the multinational enterprises' efficiency under the background of globalization. 2. We should pay much attention to the efficiency of monopoly structure and do not oppose the monopoly blindly. The targetof anti-monopoly is conducts that impede efficiency. 3. We should strive to reduce sunk costs of potential competitors while drawing up the anti-monopoly policies! 4. The industries, which were considered to be natural monopoly industries and controlled by the national capital, are actually contestable. |
