Being a new kind of economic development strategy, the principle of the Recycling Economy is developing gradually, which is based on the deep introspecting of traditional one-way consuming economy. Entering the second half leaf of 20 centuries, the global population is increasing rapidly and the economy is flying fast. At the same time, the depletion speed of the natural resources is obvious speeding, and the problems of the pollution of the environment and ecosystems break are becoming increasingly outstanding. And the mankind's existence environment is subjected to the serious threat. Under this kind of rigorous situation, the mankind has to re-examine the traditional economy development mode.In recent years, the more and more domestic researchers are engaged in the study of the Recycling Economy. Most studies are concentrated at what is the Recycling Economy, why to develop the Recycling Economy, and how to develop the Recycling Economy. But less studies focus on the "economical" of the Recycling Economy.This dissertation will make use of the Cost-Income Analysis method to study the environment cost constitution and the income constitution of the Corporation under the Recycling Economy Development Strategy (CREDS).And trying to format the performance system of the CREDS, making the CREDS " worth striving for" the recycling economy theoretically.This dissertation mainly makes use of the theories of Microeconomics, Ecosystem Economics, Accounting and Finances Management. And using those knowledge to analyze the environment cost and income of the CREDS, and trying to put forward the policy suggestion.
