The Research Of Green Building Assessment Based On Cost Effectiveness Analysis

Along with the impenetration of sustainable development concept in the field of building, green building begins to catch people's eyes. The establishment of green building assessmentn system will effectively advance the development of green building. Although there have been some researches concerning the assessment of green building at home and abroad, most of them are staying on the technical level of environment protection, what's more, research on economic assessment with environment and economic society benefit considered is still insufficient at present. What has been studied in this thesis is surrounding the subject of green building assessment, and to assessment green building comprehensively mainly from the viewpoint of economical efficiency, based on cost effectiveness analysis.Firstly, the improvement to green building assessment system is discussed in this thesis, on the basis of research concerning the assessment technique and method of green building at home and abroad, in other words, cost effectiveness is introduced into the assessment system as assessment index of economical efficiency analysis. It can not only perfect the assessment system and reflect the economic advisability of program assessment solution reliably, but also advance the efficiency of green building assessment, which makes the assessment more comprehensive. This has important theoretical and practical significance. Then, the expenditure and effectiveness are analyzed quantitatively, on the basis of analysis to character of environment and resource economy theory as well as green building cost effectiveness;and the full life-span cycle expenditure model is established;and the effectiveness of green building is monetized. The establishment principle, weighing table, assessment standard, cost effectiveness analysis factor (index) and cost effectivenesscalculation procedure of assessment system is provided in this thesis. Regarding the assessment method, taken the "grey system" characteristic of green building into consideration, grey cluster assessment, which is an advanced mathematics method, is used. Last, relatively accurate economic quantification result is obtained by calculating the examples of green building, further the whole assessment system is evaluated with grey assessment and the certification result is in coincidence with the fact. This kind of assessment with deliberation and scientificness will become preferable reference of green building system design projects. Suggestions to establish and perfect green building assessment system in our country are given in conclusion part.The innovations of this thesis are as follows: to break the status that the green building assessment only stays on the technical level of environment protection at present, to improve assessment system and to supply economic assessment based on the full life-span cycle;to use advanced mathematics method, grey cluster assessment, so as to obtain relatively accurate quantification result.
