With the increasingly severe problems of environmental pollution and resource shortage,developing green building has become an inevitable choice for sustainable development and transformation of construction industry.It is also an important carrier for energy conservation,emission reduction and sustainable development for urban and rural construction in China.The energy saving technology of green building will become the main measure to reduce energy consumption.However,the characteristics of green building are economic externalities and long payback period,which inhibits the investment willingness of developers.In this regard,this thesis aims to establish a scientific and effective incremental cost-effectiveness estimation method for green building,and measures the external economic benefits quantitatively,which makes the estimation results more rational,and provides reference for investment decisions of green building.Firstly,the compenents of incremental cost-effectiveness are identified.Combined with the green building evaluation standard,an incremental cost-effectiveness index system for green building is designed,which also adopts green building engineering case statistics.Secondly,an incremental cost-effectiveness estimation model for green building based on system dynamics is constructed,which can analyze incremental cost and incremental effectiveness mechanism from qualitative and quantitative perspective respectively.The causal loop diagram and the flow of stock figure are established.Finally,in conjunction with a green building office project,the data is put into the model and related parameters are set.Through the simulation operation,the feasibility and applicability of the model are tested.This thesis simulates the work way of incremental cost and incremental effectiveness of green building,and estimates the incremental cost-effectiveness of green building throughout its life cycle.At the same time,this model can simulate scenarios for different energy saving technologies,which provides decision-making basis and method support for the application of energy saving technologies in green building.
