The Research On The Mode Of The Virtual Operation

This paper analyses the operation mode of the virtual operation from a brand-new visual angle of value chain. The marrow of the virtual operation lies in the core enterprises combine the core ability of peripheral enterprises with its own core ability, thus realize the butt joint of the key abilities between cooperative members, guarantee the operation goes on smoothly.I have proposed three kinds of basic operation modes while managing on the basis of studying about numerous concrete operation modes. "Star type" is a general mode in operation that is in common use among them;The strategic link of the operation mode of "dumbbell type" is research, development and marketing sold;the strategic link of the operation mode of "olive type" is manufacturing. I have defined various kinds of operation modes, have drawn the forming conditions of different operation modes, and carry on case study for the example with the enterprises in the virtual operation. At the same time, I carry on research to the virtual operation mechanism, the operation mechanism is a regulator for the virtual operation, it can enable the virtual operation in a good operation state. I also carried on research to the key function of the core enterprise and the important function of the common administration structure in the course of virtual operation.Finally, this paper proposes the reference meaning for the industrial structure adjustment in our country on the basis of situation and problem in the industrial structure.
