The Applied Research Of Safety Management Model Based On Qhse In Excavation Of Construction Pit

This paper is based on the material which is from internship during my post-graduate school. It brings the QHSE Security Management System into the construction enterprises and gives one practical application for its excavation pit projects. In order to optimize safety management system of the company and improve its management level of some aspects, for example, the quality,environment, occupational,health,safety and so on. At the same time, it should provide reference for other construction enterprises to promote the establishment and implementation of the QHSE Security Management System and provide ideas to improve security management model.for some relevant organizations and industry.Paper analyzes the feasibility of the company for its implementation of the QHSE Security Management System by SWOT analysis,cost-benefit analysis and social benefit analysis. It takes full account of the security incidents in a complex environment during construction process and identifies the cause of the accident. On this basis,we have a targeted applied research for the QHSE Security Management System. Finally, the overall program of the QHSE Security Management System for Zhou Dian Project Department of the No.1 Engineering Corporation Of China Railway 19 Bureau Group has been proposed.
