The 21 st century is the era of the knowledge economy. It is also the era of the market competition. Fierce market competition and strong technological change make the construction of enterprise's marketing service channel more important. Through all the staff collective effort, the construction frame of Gansu Telecom Company's four marketing service channels has been built up basically, and begins to take effect. But with the constant aggravation of the telecom market competition and the transformation of Gansu Telecom Company's strategic objective, the construction work of Gansu Telecom Company's marketing service channel has exposed some profound questions.
