With the development of 4G technology and business,as well as the erosion of Internet services,the basic business structure of telecom companies is constantly changing.Therefore,the major telecom companies have carried out a comprehensive sharing of basic resources and strategic cooperation,and create a new telecommunications cooperation and competition.In this new mode of cooperation and competition,the competitive strategy of basic resources can not bring a new growth space,Differentiated channel construction and management plan can be regarded as sustainable competitive advantage.It is an urgent to explore the methods of focusing on the market channel of medium-sized customers and establishing an effective channel system in Changzhou telecom.This paper will take the Changzhou branch of China Telecom as the main object.It contains the theory of marketing channel and the innovation theory in marketing channel management,and also contains the method of combining theory and practice.In order to expand and support the channels,to link work at selected spots with that in entire areas is a very effective working method.So it can promote the rapid replication of the innovation channel development and management mode.At the same time,it can provide a stable foundation and guarantee for the company's management,and promote the development of enterprise business and market share.In this paper,with the study of the customer market channel management in Changzhou,we can solve the problem of Changzhou Telecom in the customer market channel,especially in the process of serving small and medium-sized customers.At the same time,it provides a reliable improvement scheme for the existing problems in Changzhou telecom marketing channel,which will have a great significance for the marketing channel management.
