The Research Of Urbanization Driving Mechanism And Manipulation About Northeast China

In Northeast China, urbanization starts late, develops fast and has higherdevelopment level. However, since the reform and opening-up, compared with thedeveloped coastal areas, the pace of urbanization is lagged, the level of urbanization isdeclined relatively and the driving strength of urbanization is inadequate. At the newera, urbanization development in Northeast China is both faced with newopportunities and challenges, the patterns and mechanisms of urbanization havechanged a lot. Therefore, it is very important in theoretical and practical significanceto study developing mechanisms and manipulating strategies, in order to respond tothe transformation of old industrial bases, promote regional economic development,improve the quality of urbanization in Northeast China.Through using the geographical thinking way as rural-urban interaction andnon-balanced regional development, on the basis of urbna geography, regionaleconomics, urban and regional planning, using the combined methods of theoreticalanalysis and empirical research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, the thesisfocuses on the areas which includes the Northeast Economic Area , three cities andone league in East Mongolia, studies mainly urbanization mechanisms and therelevant issues on manipulation.The thesis is composed of three parts:The first part, having expounded the contents on urbanization, urbanizationdriving mechanism and urbanization manipulation, at the same time, summed up therelative basic theories, in order to support the empirical studies on urbanization drivemechanisms about Northeast China in theory.The second part, having systematically analyzed the developing process, thecurrent status and the existing problems of urbanization in Northeast China. On thebasis, the author studies the urbanization mechanisms by using quantitative andqualitative research, analyzed the chief driving factors and the urbanizationmechanism definitely.The third part, basing on the playground of Northeast China urbanizationpromoting in new days, according to the new ideas of promoting economy,sustainable development, rural-urban overall development, symbiotic cooperation andopen-innovation, firstly, the text choices the manipulation path of urbanizationmechanisms;secondly, puts forward the corresponding manipulation pattern onurbanization mechanisms aiming at different territorial types;finally, against thestrategic and decision-making issues on promoting regional urbanization, putsforward the security system to ensure the implementation of mechanism manipulation.
