Late 20^th century, along with the background of the globalization and liberalization of international trade, regarding the free trade area was emerging as the goal of regional agreements. The main mechanism of ASEAN Free Trade Area for implementation is The Common Effective Preferential Tariff Agreements (CEPT). The tariff is a goal to establish a free trade area for cooperation among ASEAN member countries, which calls for gradually reducing intra-regional tariffs and non-tariff barriers.This thesis is mainly divided into 5 parts.
