Research On The Transaction Costs Of Firms During Cooperation In EIP

Developing Circular Economy and destructing Saving Society is the most important activities to implement the policies of scientific development view. Eco-Industrial Park bases on Industrial Ecology to reduce the environment contamination, sets up resource-using cycle and system optimization to realize sustainable and ecological economics. It aims to save resources and reduce pollution, so the efficient cooperation among firms is the basis of the existence and development of eco-industrial park, and the minimum of transaction costs is the symbol of measuring the efficiency of cooperation.The paper refers to the Transaction Costs Economics to research the Firms'transaction costs during cooperation in EIP, divides the cooperation pattern of the firms in EIP into two kinds, one is inside-market pattern and another one is outside-market pattern. With the method of data analysis, inquiry analysis and qualitative analysis, the paper studies the process of firms'cooperation, researches the transaction costs among eco-industrial park with the outside-market pattern, discusses the connotations and influential factor of the transaction costs in the EIP in China, brings forward the suggestion of controlling the transaction costs, takes a case study of NanHai EIP and has some conclusion.The conclusion is usful to the development of EIP in China.
