With the development of modern industry, the contradiction between production and the environment have become increasingly prominent, the traditional end of pipe has been unable to meet the needs of sustainable development, industrial wastes and by-products should be rational use. Eco-industrial Park is a good model to solve this contradiction of development and the environment. It is based on industrial ecology and circular economy theory, between different enterprises form a symbiotic combination resource sharing and by-product exchange in the park. Symbiotic relationship between enterprises is the foundation for Eco-industrial park, through symbiotic action to achieve the benefits of environmental and economic is the ultimate purpose of the construction in Eco-industrial park.So there is a practical significance for the industrial park to achieve ecological transformation through the research for symbiosis approach and benefits between different industriesBased on the current situation in the Fujian Industrial Park,select Shanghang jiaoyang industrial park be case study that copper smelting industry, phosphorus chemical industry, gypsum building materials industry, these three heavy polluting industries as the leading industrial in the park. To analysis of energy Consumption, pollutant emissions and cleaner production levels of three leading industries. Then starting from the view of resource use and environmental impact, by five aspects of the energy metabolized, water recycled, feature elements reused, solid waste resourced, regional environmental capacity reduced to illustrates the symbiotic way between the three leading industries and the realization of environmental benefits. The results show that three leading industries due to the use of byproducts and solid waste recycling can constitute symbiotic chain, in the symbiotic chain the energy through cascade utilization, consumption can be reduced 121901t coal/a,The equivalent of 58.5% of the total energy consumption, area environmental capacity reduction of SO2848.8t/a, particulate matter70.8t/a, NOx133.5t/a, total phosphorus 7983t/a, to achieve that emission of pollutants be reduced and waste be reuse.For the short of symbiosis chain in leading industrial, and the optimization proposals be presented that energy chain can be extended under the environmental capacity fluorine chemical industry chain should be added and the building materials industry. would be developed or extended.
