Researching Of Problems Of The Exploitation And Utilization To The Shoal Land Resources

Because of population increasing and society progressing, now the land room can't bear the weight burden for a long time, and so new living space exploring has been a urgently problem that need solving. Ocean and human life are closely linked. With the development of ocean (marine) economy produce element are centralized in coastal band rapidly and today economy and culture developed zones are mostly distributed in this. But at the same time plantation decreasing, resource shortage and environment depravation also emerge increasing in the progress of ocean space exploitation. These crises also happened in east coastal band of our country and are badly endangering the health of the function of regional society, economy and environment sustainable development. So it is urgent for us to inquire and establish rational exploitation model and to relax the strained human-terra inconsistency.Shoal land exploitation is an very important career in east coastal area and it has produced significant profit, but the negative affection that brought forth with it also has got more and more attention by not only the government but also scholars. In this paper, we summarized research progressing briefly, and deepen the theoretical research on shoal land sustainable exploitation and utilizing based on pioneer work. And then, took Dalian as the object, we finished primary analysis on shoal land exploitation methods and positive and negative discussion of shoal filling and this will bring great theoretical meaning for society and economy development of Dalian.
