With accelerated urbanization in china, a large mount of agriculture land changeinto Non-agriculture land through land acquisition procedures. During this process,,many villagers lost their land. Because of the imperfect of the policy of landexpropriation, farmers’ rights were violated.. so many villagers expresseddissatisfaction,what’s more,some of them act excesses, which influenced the socialharmony.The policy of Land acquisition influence villagers’ behavior. ThusResearching on the reasons of farmers’ satisfaction and behavior in the process ofland expropriation can make us understand the farmers’ demand better, and then itcan provide a reference to government to draw up more reasonable policy.On the base of surveying on more than twenty villages which land acquisitionoccurred in Zhejiang province and Shandong province, we will analyze farmer’satisfaction and behavior with the method of statistical analysis, then we use logicmodel to verify the influencing factors of farmers’ satisfaction and behavior. Tomake the evidences more persuasive, we study the behavior of the villagers of twohamlets with the method of case study,, At last, we obtain the conclusions.Our conclusions are as follows. At first, in total, farmers had the high degreeof satisfaction, and the low compensation was the main reason that made farmersdispleasure. Secondly, farmers were not in absolutely passive position, they woulduse information superiority to maximize the benefits. Third, the characteristic offarmers affected farmers’ behavior, such as age, household income and family laborforce. Fourth, in the related policy of land acquisition compensation, social security,diversified compensation and policy transparency are the most important. Fifth, thevillage cadres were more complex, when the village was trying for benefit, thevillage cadres fight with villagers, when allocating the benefits, the village cadresmay seek benefits for themselves.
