The Strategy Research About The Sustainable Land Utilization Of Dalian

Land is indispensible material fundamentals for all the production and livelihood of human society, therefore land use has become people's main productive activity. By using it, People have gone through high-speed social development. However, at the same time, this brings about a set of problems concerning resource, social economic and ecological environment. Dalian, a major coastal port city in Liaoning province, has been developing its economy rapidly. Nevertheless, an important restricted factor-its land utilization situation- is posing crucial effect on economic development.Considering this, under the instructions of Dalian sustainable land use strategic objective and vision principles, the article organizes Dalian land utilization strategy based on its unique features, with the analysis of Dalian land utilization and social development status. On the basis of this strategy, the article also puts forward political suggestions on Dalian land utilization to promote sustainable utility.The article, under the guidance of land utilization theory, sustainable theory and system theory, makes pointed analysis on Dalian sustainable land utilization strategy from quantitative and qualitative perspectives, employing economics, and management mathematics system science political science and so on, to advance Dalian sustainable utilization, and ultimately prompt economic social development.
