This article introduces the diagram in theory of team incentive strategy and achievement. It takes the life insurance marketing team of Xinjiang as the sample, and the past research as the basement. The article also researches through interviews the connotation and structural dimensions of team incentive strategy, team achievement, leader style and team quality. Then, through questionnaires methods and SPSS13.0.The article researches the quantitative relation between leader style, team quality and team incentive strategy, and the relation between team incentive strategy and achievement. It also attempt to research the intermediary effect of incentive strategy and the buffer role enterprise culture. Finally, it gets the qualitative relation model. The research is divided into two phases. The first one is interview phase which based on semi-structural interview methods, and try to deeply learn the structure and relation of leader style, team quality, incentive strategy and team achievement. In the second phase, 238 staffs of 10 teams accepted the questionnaire.I summarize the result of past research and the interview questionnaire study and get 4 conclusion.1.There is a close relation between team incentive strategies, and achievement for the staff who has no three-year study in college. There is causal relation between independence fair and finishing the task between value approval and the development of the team. For the three years students of college, there is causal relation between value approval and finishing the task, satisfaction to the work between independence fair, salary and the development of team.2. The relation between transformational leadership, team quality and incentive strategies is different from the staff. Specialist qualifications for the staff, leadership style to highlight the main changes in the work-based leadership style, while the entire team needs a great deal of concern cohesion. For more specialist qualifications staffs need to stress the relationship between leadership styles, team cohesion will have a role to play, but individual acts can not be neglected concern in the implementation of team quality incentive strategy role.3.Team-based incentive strategy to change the leadership style and quality team with a strong team performance between the intermediary role. At the same time, changes in leadership style and team-based performance quality team there are also a number of explanations, they support each other is only complete when the ideal performance will emerge.4. Enterprise culture buffer analysis showed that only in a fair and independent variables, so as to the corporate culture of autonomy fair return equation, and individual acts of interaction. This shows that the enterprise culture in the variables and incentive strategies ago between buffers was not evident.
