The article is an important part of the item founded by the national natural scientific fund (numbered 70472034) named "the research and developing of evaluation system about green products in manufacturing industry". The fast development of manufacturing industry has made tremendous contribution for raising people's living level and the development of the world economics. However, it also has brought tremendous negative influences, some countries has already bitter fruit that brought by high-speed development of manufacturing industry---ecological environment is worsening by the unprecedented speed. Therefore, the manufacturing industry enterprises should consider how to rationalize the resources, make fewer reject and have no pollution or less pollution to the environment. Because sustainable development of the manufacturing industry holds an important strategic status in the ecology protection, establishing effective green product competitiveness appraisal system and the method facing the manufacturing industry is the important foundation and the precondition that the manufacturing industry enterprise chooses superior and make the environmental protection competition strategy formulation based on the product superiority. However, at present, domestic and international have done few research in this domain that how the manufacturing industries carry on the appraisal on the manufacturing industry green product competitiveness and how much benefit can bring for the enterprise after enhancing green product environmental advantage, although they have already yielded some results, there are many insufficiencies. Thus, this article establishes the life cycle and the multi-life cycle multi-attribute structural model of the manufacturing industry green product on the basis of the attribute characteristics, competitive advantage, component and internal relationship of competitiveness of manufacturing industry green product;and then forms the life cycle various stages and the multi-life cycle matrix structural model covering the green product competitiveness appraisal target to make sure the model has both comprehensive and the entire process description to the product and the versatility and reestablishing. The article constructs the green productcompetitiveness appraisal target system and makes the computation and the appraisal to the green product competitiveness composite index using the multi-objective fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation mathematical model. Taking the overall performance of the product in the entire process of the life cycle as the object, the article uses the most superior indexes method to evaluate the green degree disposition competitiveness influence in the life cycle and the multi-life cycle and to compare and evaluate the influence to green product overall competitiveness under the condition of different value orientation and different order of rank of competition essential factor and to compute the corresponding green cost and the green income change situation according to the green product value orientation change and the competitiveness essential factor arrangement.The research both develops the research field of the evaluation of green product and competitiveness in manufacturing industry and makes up the vacancy of the influence evaluation of product competitiveness of green degree disposition the life cycle and the multi-lives cycle of the green product and multi-advantage combination and different PRI orientation, therefore, the paper can provide the accurate advantageous information and the reference basis for the enterprise to use the fund reasonably, carries on the resources optimization as well as formulates the manufacturing industry green product competition strategy.
