| Green manufacturing is the inevitable choice of global economic and social sustainable development in today's world,in order to break the bottleneck constraints of resources and environment carrying capacity,to seek harmony economic growth and environmental resources consumption,to achieve a win-win economic development and environmental protection,countries are actively pursuing the development of green,smart and sustainable.In May 18,2015,the State Council announced the "China manufacturing 2025" full text,one of the fifth strategic tasks and focus on the full implementation of green manufacturing,with emphasis on the green upgrade,resource recycling,construction of three aspects of green manufacturing system.Green manufacturing has become the trend and trend of the world,and is also the focus of China's strategic layout.The basis of this study at home and abroad,firstly defines the connotation and characteristics of green competitiveness of regional manufacturing industry,analysis of regional manufacturing competitiveness and regional factors constitute the green manufacturing and green competitiveness evaluation criteria;secondly,construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of green manufacturing industry competitiveness of the region,a comprehensive evaluation by using projection pursuit method for 2000-2014 years in 31 provinces and cities in the region of green manufacturing competitiveness,according to the evaluation results of different spatial scales of regional green manufacturing competitiveness dynamic comparison;then using GIS software and GeoDa software for China's regional manufacturing industry green competitiveness of the spatial variation characteristics of spatial econometric analysis.The empirical results show that:in the 31 provinces and cities in China,the green competitiveness of the manufacturing industry has been improved in the past 15 years.The industrial transfer of the eastern developed provinces and cities makes the distribution of green competitiveness of regional manufacturing industry present a new pattern.Central manufacturing green competitiveness strong momentum of growth,further enhance the short board is a green environmental support.The development trend of the green competitiveness of manufacturing industry in Chengdu Chongqing economic circle is good,but the reason of the western region is still lagging behind is the weak driving force of green innovation.There are three major components in the northeast region are insufficient,the slow growth of green competitiveness of the manufacturing industry,into economic difficulties.China's regional manufacturing competitiveness are green space cluster phenomenon in the global space and the local space,spatial distribution is significant,but the combined effect has been a self reinforcing,after gradually weakened.Finally,the current situation of the development of this paper based on the empirical conclusion reveals China's regional manufacturing industry green competitiveness and a prominent problem,and separately from the overall level and four plate level puts forward some promotion of China's regional differences for green manufacturing competitiveness improvement suggestions. |
