| Manufacturing is a pillar industry in our province.The development of manufacturing enterprises has an important impact on the development of our province's economy.With promulgation of tringent environmental regulation policies,Chinese manufacturing enterprises need to implement green competitiveness strategy.Therefore,it is of great importance to evaluate the green competitiveness of our province's manufacturing industries.In this paper,the green competitiveness of manufacturing industry in Jiangsu province is taken as the research object.First,we review and sumlarize the relevant literature,and analyze the present situation of the theory of absolute superiority and the theory of green competitiveness,then put forward the concept of green competitiveness,which are embodied in three aspects:green economic expressiveness,green social support and green ecological protection.Based on the present situation of the development of the manufacturing industries in our province and the results of the research on green competitiveness evaluation by Chinese and foreign scholars,this paper constructs the green competitiveness evaluation system of Jiangsu manufacturing industry following the design principle of the index evaluation system designing..The empirical study is mainly divided into two aspects:first,we calculate the green competitiveness level of 25 segments of Jiangsu Province in 2015,and then we study the competitiveness level of manufacturing industry of Jiangsu Province from 1998-2015.At the same time,we use the method of "search algorithm of grey correlation of change point,to study the change trend of the comprehensive evaluation value of the green competitiveness of the manufacturing industry in Jiangsu province.The results of the study found that,from the horizontal point of view,the green competitiveness of the communications equipment,computer and electronic equipment manufacturing industry in our province is the strongest,the green competitiveness of the whole equipment manufacturing industry ranks first,while the black metal smelting and calendering industry,the furniture manufacturing industry and paper making and paper products are ranked back;from the vertical point of view,the green competitiveness of the manufacturing industry in Jiangsu from 1998 to 2015 is on the rise.It shows obvious characteristics of stage development:the first stage is 1998 to 2004,showing an increase;the second stage is 2005 to 2009,showing a significant increase;the third stage is 2010 to 2015,showing a slight increase.The reasons for the formation of this cycle are explained from three dimensions:economy,society and ecology.In view of the evaluation results,we put forward suggestions on the development of Jiangsu's manufacturing industry. |
