The enterprise's organizational structure problem has been an important aspect in the study of business management theories. Many scholars gave to this problem part explanation and answer from each angle according to different theories. However, the most of relevant research references insist on designing theory of constructionism, or just carry on the phenomenon summary, but give less notice to dynamic evolving process of enterprise's organizational structure. Why did new enterprise's organizational structure appear continuously and how to evolve actually? Why do different forms of enterprise's organizational structure exist in real economic society simultaneously? How to hold the tendency of enterprise's organizational structure? In a word, the problem still needs further research and theoretical integration.Evolutionary Theory, as the theory and method to study the evolving rule of economic phenomenon and behaviors by drawing lessons from research results of the biology theory of evolution and many realms of natural sciences, have already become an important tool of describing and analyzing many phenomena and problems. This thesis will give a theoretical explanation and integration of the basic cause, path of the enterprise's organizational structural evolution, the diversity of the enterprise's organizational structure form and the future routines of the enterprise's organizational structure by making use of evolutionary theory and its analytical method, based on the existing enterprise's organizational structure theories. Meanwhile, it will give a case research about the Multi-division system of Guangdong Media Co.Ltd.. According to the basic thought of the Evolutionary Theory, the evolution of enterprise's organizational structure is a coefficient result of the domestic causes and the exterior causes at the premise of opening. The domestic causes come from the enterprises' profit pursue and the exterior causes come from the environment changes andenterprises' competing. It follows the evolutionary path of variation searching-selection-Maintenance-spread. The entrepreneurs play predominance roles in the innovation of enterprises ' organizational structure. At the same time, the evolution of enterprise's organizational structure has a close relation with the routines in organization, and whether the new organizational structure can exist or not also depend on the choice of competing environment. In essence, the enterprise's organizational structure evolution is a search and miss-testing process of organization usual practice to enterprise as a micro-economic system following satisfaction principle at the premise of human's limit logos.Nowadays, the knowledge grows explosively and exterior environment changes quickly. People could not hold and foresee the future easily, and we meet lots of new problems that people have never been met. The newness will emergence more frequently. Therefore, the viewpoints that we could adapt to transformation by relying on constructing of logos uniquely have been challenged by reality. Under such background, it is necessary to stick to combine the constructionism and evolutionary thoughts to research the enterprise's organizational structure. And this paper is an exploit to introduce the Evolutionary Theory into the research of enterprise's organizational structure to analyze its mechanism and process. It is not only be good for expanding the applying area of the Evolutionary Theory and provides an systematic theory explanation for the evolution of the enterprise's organizational structure, but also can offer an new thinking way to the organizational structure reforming of business management practice.
