Since the introduce the concept of routines,it is considered to be the main measure of the completion of the work.Organizational routines is the key factor that influences the survival and development of enterprises,so explore the factors that influence routine variation are critical to the survival and development of enterprises.Affect is a complex psychological category,which has a significant impact on human behavior.The positive affection has the remarkable influence on the creative behavior.Foreign-funded enterprise has become one of the main form of China's enterprises,mainly employs Chinese staff to carry out the production and business activities.Compared with the local enterprise,the Chinese staff in the foreign-funded enterprise show more positive affect in the work.The Chinese staff in the foreign-funded enterprise need to face the culture and values which are different from the local culture,and the cultural difference brings the challenge to the management and development of the foreign-funded enterprise.The paper based on Chinese employees in foreign-funded enterprise,aims to explore the relationship between positive affect and organizational routines variation.Review and summary the related research.Based on the existing literature,the positive affect was measured by the PANAS;Organizational routines will be divided into three dimensions:interactive consensus change,the behavior logic change and implicit standard change.On this basis puts forward the research hypothesis,establishes a concept model of positive affect and organizational routines variation.The paper uses the method of empirical analysis testing hypothesis.Through the questionnaire survey to Chinese staff of the Sino-Foreign joint ventures,60 valid questionnaires are collected.Statistical analysis and regression analysis of the data by SPSS 20.0.Empirical results show that positive affect of Chinese staff in foreign-funded enterprise has a significant impact on organizational routine variation,and Cultural differences have a moderating effect on the relationship.Concrete performance is as follows:Cultural difference is large,the influence of positive affect on variation of organizational routines weaker;Cultural difference is smaller,the influence of positive affect on variation of organizational routines stronger.The theoretical analysis and empirical test results show that positive affect of Chinese staff in foreign-funded enterprise is one of the important factors affecting organizational routine variation.
