Research On Land-use And Optimization Of The Urban Fringe In Zhengzhou

The urban fringe is the transitional region from town to countryside, and it is the area where urbanization is most directly and sensitively experienced. It is in the area that most numerous and sharpest problems concerning land-use world-wide arise. With the rapid development of China's urban and rural economy, the mutual effect and actions between town and countryside have been gradually strong. Therefore the problems and construction of the urban fringe are very outstanding. The problems on the land-use of the urban fringe have become a"hot spots"of present research.So this paper takes the land-use of the urban fringe as research object. By combining theoretical study with case study of Zhengzhou city, it tries to analyze the structural characteristics on the land-use of the urban fringe, and reveal the process, the mechanisms and internal laws on the land-use change of the urban fringe, and discuss the main problems and their reasons of land-use, then try to find a solution to resolve the problems. The six chapters of the present thesis in the system can be divided into three parts in systematic perspective:The first part includes three chapters that focus on the concepts and theories of urban fringe's land-use. ChapterⅠis the introduction, which introduces the research background, research significance, the author's approach of research , technical routes. Chapter II is the summarization of the urban fringe. It briefly interprets the basic conception, present research situation, the characteristics and the function of the urban fringe. Chapter III discusses the theoretical study on land-use of urban fringe. Including three aspects: First, the land-use classical theory on urban fringe; Second, the land-use dynamic theory on urban fringe; Third, the land-use spatial layout theory on urban fringe.The second part includes chapter four and chapter five, which are empirical research...
