With the development of global economic and the enhancement of marketcompetition, enterprises attach importance to the modern logistics;transportservice and establishment of multimodal transport play the key role for enterpriselogistics system in global market. The key of traditional logistics turns to modernlogistics and the development of multimoal transport system is that integrates thelogistics process of multimodal transport, enhances the information extent andapplyes modern information technology abroadly. In order to make multimodaltransport system efficiently, the realization of multimodal transport processintegrations, and carrying out each organization process operation smoothly, is theproblem that we urgent need to resolve. At present, we need to develop andresearch the techniques that are logistics process optimized and transportationinformation conformity related to multimodal transport. And also apply thesetechniques into enterprises of multimodal transport. To form a transport networkthat link up each modes of transport closely as soon as possible. Then we canimprove the operation efficiency;also make the multimodal transport operationcriterion. Consequently, promoting optimized deployment and integration oflogistics company's resources between each area or each industry. The moderncomprehensive logistics of multimodal transport as mainly carrier becomediversification, systematization, and rationalization, pushing modern logistics todevelop quickly.Under the dynamic E-commerce environment, traditional process flow systembetween multimodal transport enterprises is short of flexbile, incapable ofresponse for the change timely and short of mutual operation. So it can't meet therequirement of process management. However, Web service offers the chance toresolve this difficult problem.The research of multimodal transport process based on Web Service languageis that applying the BPEL4WS language to integrate multimodal transport processbetween each enterprise. It is optimized that each modes of transport link upeffectively, information share, and bill transfer, improving operation efficiency ofall process. After this, it become possible to make the information shareadequately between each company, each administer organization, no interval jointand effectively assignment of each logistics resources.This dissertation research is root in the subitem of the key technique researchof modern logistics under multimodal transport: research on modern logisticsprocess design and simulate under multimodal transport. This is a part of subjectresearch content;also do some research deeply on this base.Firstly,multimodal transport process research is need to be done from twosides requirements about that itself of multimodal transport and E-commercecircumstance. After analyzed and summarized process integration research innational and international, and the research about multimodal transport. Bringforward the idea that using BPEL4WS to integrate the process of multimodaltransport.Then, analyzed model process of multimodal transport, devised export processof rail-sea multimodal transport, and analyzed inside processes of each carrier andeach node. Multimodal transport processes have new characters underE-commerce enviroment, based on this we put forward integration mode ofinformation flow of multimodal transport. Multimodal transport system inside andoutside information mutual transfer has been changed with Web service, thisdissertation discussed information transfer process of rail-sea multimodal transportwith Web service.And then, Based on the comparing several current methods for businessprocess integration, process flow is chosen as the tool to model business processusing process exective language-BPEL4WS. Study on correlation theory ofBPEL4WS, collaborateion process of multimodal transport with Web service isanalyzed. Multimodal transport export consign process is integrated by BPEL4WS.Specify the operation of multimodal transport process and describe Web service isoffered from process with WSDL, then formed WSDL description document;describe process itself with BPEL, then formed BPEL description document.After researched on conversion theory about BPEL4WS and Petri, we translatethe BPEL4WS model of multimodal transport export consign process into Petrimodel. Qualitative analysis about Petri model to diagnose the BPEL4WS modelconfiguration with S invariant and relating matrix based on Petri theory;quantitative analysis choosing time cycle as parameter, simulating the process, andanalyzing the result to.validate feasibility.It becomes possible that multimodal transport system operation effectively,realizing process integration and process operating smoothly between eachorganization with this dissertation research conclusion. It also provides onemethod to enhance operation efficiency and criterion of process, and facilitatelogistics enterprises optimizing operation resource deployment and integrationspan territory and industry.
