| Nowadays knowledge has been the strategic resource that enterprises have survived and developed. Knowledge level and technological innovative capability has been the competition core of enterprises. So enterprises need to manage and utilize knowledge effectively in order to win the competition, which produced a new management method—the knowledge management. Knowledge sharing is one of the most important sections of knowledge management and is the core of the knowledge management. Domestic company putted great importance on the technique, introducing the knowledge management systems and importing advanced information equipments. But they ignored another factor—employees. As we know, knowledge exists in employees. If the employees don't share their knowledge, the knowledge management can't been carried through.Firstly this thesis summarize the knowledge management practice of overseas and domestic company, analyzing the importance of the knowledge management and pointing out that knowledge sharing is the core of the knowledge management and based on individual knowledge sharing. Then the theory of individual knowledge sharing is discussed, and the simple model of individual knowledge sharing is putted forward. Secondly the thesis analyze the factors of he simple model of individual knowledge sharing including organization factors and individual behavioral factors. Organization factors compose organizational culture, communication mechanism and information technology; individual behavioral factors are made up of behavioral attitude, subjective norm and self-efficiency. Thirdly the thesis analyze why individual share their knowledge. Finally based on above research, the method to improve individual knowledge sharing is proposed. |
