Economy globalization has becoming one of the most powerful forces changing the world, which brings a lot of opportunities and threats to the world. To face and handle with the opportunities and threats, city authorities need to restudy their understanding of development so as to keep living and growing in the competitions among cities. Many cities in Europe and America take the lead in using city marketing as their key strategy to impulse the revival and development of city economy. More and more cities in China have pushed city marketing to drive the development of local economy. However, there are many deficiencies in the fulfillment of city marketing in China.
